Leasing a Horse

                                                                                    

     Leasing a horse has all the benefits of owning, without the permanent responsibility. It provides a great option for parents of horse crazy kids. Lease horses are available to approved riders only. Lessons may be required as part of the agreement. It is only fair that the horses are ridden in ways that they are used to.

     Well fitting tack is provided for each horse. Farrier, boarding and vet fees are all covered in the lease price, no hidden costs. Leased horses will still be used for occasional lessons or therapy at the farm, or Police horse duty as required. These times will be posted no later than one week in advance, so that you may schedule your rides around them.

     If you are wishing to take your leased horse to a show, or event off the property, you will be required to provide proof of insurance for the horse and liability. When possible, we can take you places, and then you will be covered under our policy.

Part Lease ( 3 days) $125-175

Full Lease ( 6 days ) $250-350

Prices are set based on the skill level of each horse.

Easy to ride, knows his reining manuvers.   Let your Granny ride him down the road today and you show him tomorrow.   Used at the Can-Am expo by Julie Goodnight in 2006.    Chosen for two novice competitors to use at the regional Paralympics in  Sarnia Ontario, 2007.    Requires maitenence.  10yr old AQHA registered. $10 000 Can

Nikki can be haltered, and lead.  She has been dewormed and had her feet trimmed.  She is very quiet and easy going, she should be a stunning reiner.   Her naturally rythmical, low headed lope could been seen at just days old.   She will definately be a winner. This filly will be started under saddle in the spring of 2009 and heading for the futurities this fall.  $6000 Can

Quadrille Informaion

;8 Horse Quadrille Practice on May 9th at Janet's beautiful barn on Stanley Line.  2pm with snacks  afterward.   Call or email if you would like to participate, we still can make room for more !

 

 

We are lucky enough to have two more ways to have fun with your horses !  Cameo Equestrian is organizing two quadrille teams to improve your riding and your social skills !!  I will post dates and info here as it comes to me.
